me minus 60+ pounds and plus some muscle. still working on getting dem abs. i am now a certified personal trainer and helping others reach their goals as well! as you can see, this took me 2 years and i’m still going. clean eating, working out, consistency, time and dedication is what it takes. don’t give up!
the lorna jane move over sugar challenge i think i’m going to attempt to cut sugar all of august. by that i don’t mean cut out fruit but just processed forms of sugar. ice cream, chocolate bars, ICED LEMONADES FROM TIMMIES, etc. this link inspired me!
